The last 2 billing cycles ive not gotten any correspondence until I get a notice from corporate statefarm saying my bill is due immediately ($1400). Ive attempted to contact the rep, no reply. "I have applied for auto insurance, I was told I’m not eligible. Years ago, I had a fender bender, and then I got hit by a drunk driver. Apparently, the two accidents in such a short time caused me to be a risk and get dropped from State Farm insurance. I didn’t ask to be hit by a drunk driver, yet to State Farm, I am just a number. It’s a shame companies like this won’t take the middle class into consideration. They told me I’m a safe driver with no accidents in the past 10 years, yet not eligible for auto insurance. Sad. The staff here was friendly, but does being hit by a drunk driver me and I should get a lifetime ban from their company? ☹️"

"I have had State Farm for 26 years and they have been great, however, they just dropped us due to recent history. The recent activity - one speeding ticket from 2 years ago, an accident that we weren't at fault for, and one roadside assistance. So, they offer roadside assistance, but if you use it, you will be penalized/dropped. All-in-all, it's a blessing in disguise because we are now saving hundred's with another company. Thanks for the years of service, but glad to be moving on!"

"Update in response to the owner: I did call the local number, as suggested. I spoke with the receptionist, who let me know that the person who could assist me was currently with another client. She took down my information and assured me I would receive a call back. That was four days ago, and I still haven’t heard from anyone. I originally reached out to Nora Rodriguez - State Farm Insurance Agent to get a quote on property insurance. I understand things can get busy, but timely follow-up is an important part of doing business. If this is how potential customers are treated, it’s hard not to question the level of service one might receive after becoming a client."
