"This business was superb in signing me up. No problem. However, trying to connect with someone to pay a bill has been nearly impossible. The last 2 billing cycles ive not gotten any correspondence until I get a notice from corporate statefarm saying my bill is due immediately ($1400). Ive attempted to contact the rep, no reply. Called their phone, no answer. Left a message via contact support for Statefarm, no return call."
